열충격 시험기

열 충격 시험기는 짧은시간에 시료를 고온실과 저온실로 각각 이동시켜, 급격한 온도변화에 따른 시료의 이상 유무를 확인하기 위한 장비이다.

특징
1. LCD Touch Screen 방식에 한국어와 영어 대화식 화면구성 및 조작방식으로 누구나 쉽게 사용할 수 있다. 2 Zone Elevator Type 시료가 상하 수직으로 이동한다.
2. 장비를 가동 중 어느 한 부분의 안전장치라도 작동되면 전원이 차단되도록 설계되었으며, 작동한 안전장치를 쉽게 파악할 수 있도록 부위별 Displayer(Lamp 점등)를 Main Control Panel에 부착하였다.
  • - 낮은 수준의 소음과 빠른 냉각율
  • - 온도구역이 분리된 BASKET의 수직운동
  • - 온도회복시간과 상승시간의 단축
  • - 진동과 충격이 거의 없다(감소)
