Cyclic Corrosion Tester

※ A Cyclic Corrosion tester is an experimental equipment that simulates the environment or harsh environment that is actually used for development or production across all industries, including automobiles, aviation, electronics, and semiconductors.
It is to verify the durability and corrosivity of the product through this experimental equipment.
Additional environmental conditions include low humidity conditions (5% RH), and additional test conditions include MS600-66,GMW 14872.

9. Wetting sensor through 'Gauze' blocks electronic sensor breakage elements
10. Applied corrosion resistant material inside chamber
11. Strengthening corrosion resistance by Teflon coating of components
12. Installing double vacuum heated glass for internal observation when customer's request
13. Power and signal can be applied through the Cable (Access) Port (Hole)
14. Water supply system is 'pipe water ' direct supply type or 'water tank type' can be selected.
15. Efficient equipment operation with a choice of function that suit your environment.

4. The performance guarantee of the above tester is based on the temperature around the tester at 20±5 and no load.
5. The temperature change rate can be up to 3℃.
6. Shelves are supplied with basic 2 tier shelf.
7. Salt spray test section is applies to the 'salt water spray test 'regulation KS D 9502
8. The salt water spray test section requires compressed air.
9. The CFC FREE refrigerant may be applied according to the user's request.
10. The use of distilled water is recommended for stable operation of the humidifier.
